Policies & Information for New Patients
To prepare yourself for your first visit with our North Delta & Surrey dentists, read through the information below. If you have questions, please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to meeting you and caring for your oral health needs!
Welcome To Scott 72 Dental Centre!
During your first appointment at our Delta dental practice, your dentist will need to establish where you stand in terms of your oral health.
For this reason, we will perform a complete oral examination as part of your first visit with us. This will include an oral cancer screening, a periodontal evaluation, an analysis of your occlusion (bite) and a thorough examination of your teeth and their supporting structures, as well as your overall oral anatomy.

Insurance
Scott 72 Dental generally follows the British Columbia Dental Association General Practitioner Fee Guide. Many dental benefit plans provide coverage for preventive care, as well as for the treatment of a host of dental health conditions and problems.
Dental plans are usually provided by your employer and this insurance coverage will depend on the plan provided.
Please check with your employer for details about your plan. It is your responsibility to be aware of insurance benefits; in the end, you are responsible for all fees.
For your convenience, this office accepts most dental insurance plans, and any co-payment due from the patient is expected at the time of service.
Payment Plans
You can obtain specific details about dental health coverage for you and your family from your dental service plan provider (e.g. full coverage dental insurance).
At Scott 72 Dental Centre, we believe finances should never be a barrier to our patients' good oral health.
Please get in touch to discuss available dental treatment payment options. Together, we'll work out a payment plan that suits your needs.
Scheduling Appointments
We're accepting new patients! To schedule your appointment, give us a call or fill out our online form to Request an Appointment.
New Patient Forms
To make sure you get the best care possible for your needs, accurate information regarding your insurance plan and medical history is necessary. All new patients must fill out a Patient Health History Form upon arrival for their first appointment.
Please arrive for your first visit a few minutes early to give yourself enough time to complete all paperwork.
